Tara, part of the Chumash Tribe, met Mireia, originally from Spain, while working harvest at a California winery in 2006. For the next few years, the two winemakers traveled the world’s wine regions together — from Bordeaux to Germany to Spain, and fell in love through their adventures. They got married in 2014, and soon after founded their winery “Camins 2 Dreams”, or, the “path” to their dreams, as a nod to their love of travel, wine, and each other.
Notes of tropical fruits, white flowers, and honey coupled with refreshingly bright acidity make this the ultimate food-friendly wine. 100% natural, it’s made without commercial yeast - just premium grapes from sustainably-farmed vineyards, allowed to do their thing. The result is a lively, structured wine that embodies a life well-lived.

This Albariño is sourced from Santa Ynez Vineyard, in the Happy Canyon AVA, located in the eastern edge of Santa Ynez Valley. The soils are a mixture of loam and clay loam with chert and cobbles. The grapes were hand-picked the last week of August. Once in the winery, it was foot stomped and left to macerate for 4 hours before pressing. The fermentation was done with natural yeast and the wine was aged for 8 month in a mix of 70% neutral French oak and 30% stainless steel.

2021 Albariño, fresh off the canning line
"Albariño has a special place in our hearts and it brings memories of us traveling together through Rias Baixas. The smell of the ocean and saltiness of the air breeze are what come to mind when we think of this region. It also brings memories of us in the Pyrenees where we worked together and produced Albariño."
