Shipping & Returns Policy
- Due to wine shipping laws, wine purchases can not be returned. If your cans are damaged in transit or you aren’t satisfied for any reason, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
- No alcohol will be sold to anyone under 21. If you are under the age of 21, please exit immediately and discontinue all use of this website.
- UPS is required legally to receive an adult signature before they are able to release shipped wines to any recipient. If for any reason you are not home when they try to deliver, they generally attempt up to 3 deliveries. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be shipped back to our warehouse.
Note: ‘UPS My Choice’ members can redirect their package to a nearby UPS Pickup location, change the delivery date or update the shipping address within their UPS account. Please contact UPS directly for additional information or assistance with a package redirect at 800-742-5877 (Ext. 1) and reference your tracking number.
