Meet the wine

Just like winemaker Mireia, Albariño grapes are native to Spain—they're known for producing delightfully aromatic, refreshing white wines. Think of it like a riper style of Sauvignon Blanc, but with more tropical fruit notes and mouth-watering acidity.

Natural wine isn’t easy to perfect, but Mireia and Tara have made it their mission. Grown from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley (home of the Chumash, Tara's tribe), this Albariño is 100% natural and made only with native yeasts—nothing added or removed.

The result is a lively, structured, food-friendly wine that embodies a life well-lived. It shines with fish tacos, salsa verde, or Tara's favorite: cottage cheese and honey.

Meet the maker

There’s no one path to love or wine. But these two women created theirs somewhere between the Santa Ynez Valley and Catalan Pyrenees. Tara, part of the Chumash Tribe, met Mireia, originally from Spain, while working harvest at a California winery in 2006. For the next few years, the two used their vacation time to travel the world’s wine regions together, and fell in love through their adventures.

Not long after marrying in 2014, Tara and Mireia started their winery “Camins 2 Dreams” (or the “path” to their dreams) as a nod to their love of travel, wine, and each other. They decided on a minimalist approach to production, using only native yeasts to allow the wine to speak for itself and for the land it grew on.
